📚🌈 A New Chapter for the Gozo Rainbow Book Club! 🎂✨
October was a special month for the Gozo Rainbow Book Club as we celebrated our FIRST BIRTHDAY! 🥳🎉
What began as a gathering of book lovers has blossomed into a welcoming space for sharing stories, exploring different perspectives, exchanging ideas and making new friends. A year of fascinating reads, lively debates and wonderful conversations — and we're only just getting started!
As we turn the page on our first year, we're looking forward to another chapter of great books and stimulating discussions. 📖💬
💜 Fancy joining us? Whether you're an avid reader, a casual bookworm or simply someone who enjoys a good conversation, you're very welcome. You don't need to have attended before — there's always room for another voice around the table!

A Psychoeducational Journey in Emotional Intelligence 🌈
🧠❣Join us for a 5-session psychoeducational journey, an invitation to you explore your inner landscape through mindfulness, self-awareness, experiential exercises, and gentle group reflection.🗓January 9th, January 23rd, February 13th, March 6th, March 20th ⏰ 10:15am - 12pm
📍Qawsalla Hub, Triq Enrico Mizzi, Victoria 🫂Together, we’ll develop a deeper understanding of core emotions, how they manifest physically in the body, what important messages they may be trying to communicate and how to respond to them with greater awareness, intention, and self-compassion. Each session includes:🧘♂️Guided mindfulness practices🗣Open group discussion🛠Practical tools

📍These sessions will be lead by two warranted counsellors with experience in LGBTIQ+ identities, mindful movement, neurodivergence, inner child work, polyvagal theory based therapy, and narrative approaches. This space is open to all people, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. Sessions are only open to persons 18+
💸A €5 deposit is required, which you will receive back at the end of the five sessions. These psychoeducational sessions are sponsored by APS Bank and through the generous donations of the LGBTI+ Gozo community *Please note this is a psychoeducational journey, not an emergency support group nor therapeutic group however it may offer therapeutic benefits. A list of specialized therapeutic services will be provided during the group and available to all of our members. Contact us for details.
